The guarantee covers the first bag of your first order only. It does not apply to additional bags, and it ends once another order has been placed. We consider all good faith claims made under the guarantee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
